All presenting authors must pay non-refundable registration fee and is limited to present no more than two papers (oral and/or poster).
Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed.
Registration fee includes:
- All Conference Materials
- Refreshments during the conference (including Welcome reception and Gala dinner)
- Free WiFi access at the conference venue
- Cultural Event
Early registration is intended before March 15th - 2024.
Late or On-Site registration incurs an additional charge of 20% on the regular fee and is applicable after the specified date.

Associazione NanoPlasm is a No-profit Cultural Association, registered with the Direct Tax Office (Ufficio delle Imposte Dirette), which does not carry out business activities and therefore does not have a VAT ID. VAT is required only if any type of commercial activity is conducted (DPR 633/72 art 1 and 5).
Associazione NanoPlasm, on the basis of collections for membership fees and contributions, donations, fees for non-commercial activities, may issue a receipt upon request. According to the laws in force this receipt is exempt from stamp duty (Article 7, table B, comma 16 of DPR 642/72 as amended by Presidential Decree No 55 of December 30, 1982).
